200gfunghi
6uova
prezzemolo
olio
burro
sale

Pulire i funghi, tagliarli a fettine, cuocerli in olio e burro, salarli e lasciarli raffreddare.

Sbattere le uova con un pizzico di sale, aggiungere il prezzemolo tritato e i funghi.

Cuocere la frittata in una padella unta di burro, farla dorare dalle due parti e servire.
