FRITTATA DI CARCIOFI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


6 uova
350 g carciofi Findus
70 g burro
300 g pomodori
mollica di 1 panino bagnata nel latte
qualche fungo fresco
maggiorana
origano
limone
sale
parmigiano grattugiato

Rosolare nel burro i carciofi a spicchi e i funghi a fettine. Unire i pomodori pelati e il sale. Soffriggere fino a completa cottura dei carciofi. Sbattere le uova, stemperarvi la mollica, unire il parmigiano, l'origano e la maggiorana. Quindi versare il tutto nella padella sopra i carciofi e cuocere la frittata.
