4 uova
1 salame sotto grasso
q.b. burro
olio
sale
Pepe

  1. in un tegame capiente far sciogliere il burro nell'olio
  2. sbriciolare il salame sotto grasso e farne rosolare una metà nel tegame
  3. aggiungere le uova e sbatterle
  4. quasi a fine cottura, mettere nel tegame la rimanente parte di salame (rimarr? più morbida)
  5. spolverizzare 4 piatti con del Pepe e versare le uova strapazzate
