CREPES ALLA TARTARA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

6 uova
sale
50 g grana grattugiato
100 g Fontina a fette
1 mela a fette
50 g burro

Sbattere le uova con una presa di sale e una manciata di grana. Preparare con il composto 4 frittate di circa 20 cm di diametro. Disporre su ciascuna qualche fettina di Fontina e qualche fettidi mela. Piegarle a metà, sistemarle in una pirofila imburrata, cospargerle con fiocchetti di burro e grana e infornare a 180' per 10'.
