CREPES AI FUNGHI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


150 g farina
sale
1 uovo
15 g burro
1 tazza Besciamella
100 g Fontina
100 g prosciutto cotto
150 g funghi Findus

Sbattere le uova con la farina, il burro fuso e il sale.

Versare a cucchiaiate il composto in un padellino unto e cuocere le crêpes. Trifolare i funghi e unirli alla Besciamella insieme al formaggio ed al prosciutto tagliati a dadini.

Mescolare e riempire con il composto le crêpes formando dei fagottini. Sistemarli in una pirofila e mettere in forno a 180' a gratinare.
