TROTELLE ALLE MANDORLE

Svuotare 4 trotelle, lavarle dentro e fuori, asciugarle ed eliminare le pinne, salarle, infarinarle abbondantemente e scuoterle bene per eliminare la farina in eccesso.

Far schiumare 70 g di burro in una grande padella e cuocervi le trotelle a fiamma viva, 5 minuti per parte. Passare le trotelle in un piatto caldo.

Far schiumare 30 g di burro e dorarvi 50 g di mandorle spellate e tritate finemente. Versare le mandorle sulle trotelle e servire.
