TROTE AL PROSCIUTTO

Ingredienti:

4 trote
4 fette prosciutto crudo
400 g patate
Salvia
sale
olio
Pepe

Pulire le trote, introdurvi la Salvia, il sale e il Pepe. Avvolgerle nelle fette di prosciutto. Sbucciare e lavare le patate, tagliarle a fette, sistemarle in una teglia e condirle con sale, Pepe, Salvia e un po' di olio. Disporvi le trote, ricoprire con 1/4 di lt di acqua e infornare a 180o per 50 minuti.
