TROTA PROFUMATA

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
1 trota di circa 800 g
foglie Alloro
Rosmarino
fettine limone
olio
sale

Lavare e asciugarla la trota; farcirla con 1 cucchiaio di olio, sale, foglie di Alloro e Rosmarino. Adagiare la trota su un foglio di carta stagnola,aggiungere altre foglie di Alloro e delle fettine di limone e chiudere il cartoccio. Far cuocere in forno a 220 gradi per 45 minuti circa e servire.
