TROTA AL POMODORO

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
1 trota salmonata di 1200 g (o 2 di pari peso)
600 g pomodori maturi
4 cipolle medie
1 foglia Alloro
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
1/2 bicchiere vino bianco
olio
sale
Pepe

Pulire la trota, salarla internamente e introdurvi l'Alloro e il prezzemolo. Tagliare a rondelle i pomodori e le cipolle. In una teglia versare 4 cucchiai di olio, sistemarvi le verdure, poi adagiarvi il pesce,salare e mettere in forno caldo a 200'C per 10 minuti.Versare sul pesce il vino e cuocere per altri 30 minuti.
