TRIGLIE ALLO ZAFFERANO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


4 triglie
4 cucchiai olio
4 pomodori pelati
timo
Zafferano
sale
Pepe
1.5 dl vino bianco

Pulire e lavare le triglie. Disporle in una pirofila, distribuirvi i pomodori tagliati a filetti, cospargere con il timo, l'olio, il sale, il Pepe macinato e il vino in cui è stato stemperato un pizzico di Zafferano. Mettere in forno caldo a 220' e portare a cottura (più o meno 10 minuti da quando il vino prende il bollore, a seconda delle dimensioni dei pesci).
