TRIGLIE AL LIMONE

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
800 g triglie
25 g Capperi
1/2 bicchiere vino bianco
1/2 bicchiere olio
2 limoni
prezzemolo
sale

Sventrare, squamare, lavare le triglie e metterle in un tegame con l'olio, i Capperi, il vino, il prezzemolo tritato e il succo dei limoni. Far cuocere a fuoco moderato per circa 15 minuti, regolare di sale e servire con il sugo di cottura.
