TRIGLIE ALL'ERBA CIPOLLINA

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
8triglie
2 cucchiai erba cipollina tritata
200 gpomodori da sugo pelati e privati dei semi
1/2 bicchiere olio
1 spicchio aglio
sale
Pepe

Pulire, lavare e asciugare il pesce. Soffriggere nell'olio l'aglio tritato, aggiungere i pomodori a pezzetti, salare, pepare e cuocere per circa 1/2 ora. Disporre sul fondo di cottura le triglie, cospargerle con l'erba cipollina e coprire con parte del sugo di pomodoro. Cuocere a fiamma bassa per 15 minuti.
