TONNO AL FORNO

tonno_forno Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 confezione melanzane grigliate Findus
400 g tonno a fette sottili
Basilico
aglio
30 g Pecorino grattugiato
Capperi
Peperoncino
yogurt
pomodori

Foderare il fondo di una teglia antiaderente unta di olio con le melanzane. Cospargere con Basilico, Pecorino, disporre le fette di tonno e coprirle con le melanzane. Cuocere in forno caldo per 20'. Servire molto caldo con una salsa preparata frullando insieme Capperi, aglio, Basilico, Peperoncino, yogurt e pomodori.
