TONNO AI FERRI

tonno_ferri Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 fette tonno fresco di 150 g l'una
8 pomodori perini
1 spicchio aglio
2 fettine cipolla
12 foglie Basilico
1/2 bicchiere olio
sale

Tritare i pomodori spellati e privati dei semi con il Basilico, l'aglio e la cipolla. Salare il trito e condirlo con l'olio. Cuocere alla griglia le fette di tonno, salarle leggermente, disporle sui piatti individuali e coprirle con il trito di pomodoro. Servire subito.
