spiedini_seppioline Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g seppioline
aromi
olio
succo di limone

Pulire le seppioline, lavarle e cospargerle all'interno e all'esterno con aromi per arrosto. Infilarle a 4 a 4 su stecchini per spiedini, spennellarle di olio emulsionato con succo di limone e cuocerle sulla griglia per 15 minuti.
