300 g gamberoni sgusciati (peso al netto)
1/2 limone
olio
sale
1 pizzico Zenzero in polvere

sbattere olio, sale, Zenzero e succo di limone in un piatto fondo. Rigirarvi i gamberi e lasciarli l? a bagno per un'oretta. Infilzare i gamberi su di uno stecco (5 o 6 per ogni spiedino) e cuocere rapidamente sulla piastra ben calda e ben oliata, rigirando una volta.
