SOGLIOLE AL VERDE
 
Dosi per 4: 4 sogliole Findus, 80 g.di
burro, prezzemolo, Basilico, sale, Pepe
 
Far scongelare le sogliole, pulirle,
diliscarle, lavarle e asciugarle.
 
Adagiarle in una pirofila con il burro
fuso, salarle, peparle, spolverizzarle
con abbondante Basilico e prezzemolo
tritati e far cuocere in forno per 10
minuti circa.
 
Girarle delicatamente, cuocere per al-
tri 10 minuti e servire.
