SOGLIOLE IN UMIDO

Ingredienti:

Per 4:

4 sogliole
200 g funghi champignon
2 biccchieri vino bianco secco
500 g pomodori pelati
olio
burro
prezzemolo
aglio
sale
Pepe

Imburrate una pirofila deponendovi metà dei pelati con la cipolla tagliata, uno spicchio d'aglio e prezzemolo, metà dei funghi tagliati a fettine, salate e pepate, deponete quindi le sogliole e copritele con i funghi ed i pomodori rimasti, bagnate con il vino bianco e con tre cucchiaiate d'olio, infornate e cuocete per 30 minuti circa a calore moderato.
