SOGLIOLE ALLA FIAMMA

sogliole_fiamma Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 sogliole
burro
5 cucchiai whisky
sale
Pepe

Pulire le sogliole, eliminando la pelle bianca, quella nera e le spine laterali. Dorare nel burro, spruzzare con 2 cucchiai di whisky e far sfumare. Salare e pepare. Versare 3 cucchiai di whisky in un mestolo di metallo, far scaldare sul fuoco, infiammare e versare sulle sogliole.
