SARDINE ALLE VERDURE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 kg Sardine
4 cucchiai olio
70 g burro
1 cipolla
prezzemolo
2 spicchi aglio
2 zucchine
100 g spinaci surgelati
sale
Pepe

Pulire e diliscare le Sardine. Disporle in un solo strato in una pirofila. Salare, pepare, irrorare con olio, unire 20 gr di burro e un trito di prezzemolo. Far rosolare a fiamma viva per 10', quindi grattugiare sulle Sardine le zucchine e distribuirvi gli spinaci tritati. Cospargere con il rimanente burro e mettere in forno caldo a 200o per circa 30'.
