Dalla Sardegna.

Ingredienti:
800 gSarde
olio
sale
Pepe
Passate le Sarde lavate ed asciugate in un piatto con un po' di olio quindi disponetele su una graticola che metterete sul fuoco. Cospargete di sale e Pepe. Dopo un po' rivoltatele. Servitele ben calde.
