ROMBO AL MARSALA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 kg rombi
1/4 l panna da cucina
1 bicchierino marsala
2 cucchiai olio
50 g farina bianca
sale

Pulire i pesci, lavarli, asciugarli, tagliarli a pezzi e infarinarli. Rosolarli in padella con l'olio, poi bagnarli con il marsala e infine unire la panna. Lasciare cuocere per alcuni minuti e servire caldi.
