POLPETTE DI BACCALA`

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
400 g baccalà già ammollato
1/2 kg patate
2 uova
prezzemolo
aglio
sale
Pepe
pangrattato
olio

Lessare il baccalà, spellarlo, spinarlo e schiacciarlo in una Terrina con una forchetta. A parte schiacciare le patate lessate, amalgamarvi le uova, uno spicchio di aglio e il prezzemolo tritati.

Unire il composto al baccalà, salare, pepare e formare delle polpette. Passarle nel pangrattato e friggerle in abbondante olio bollente.
