PLATESSA AL BASILICO

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
400gfiletti di platessa
1cipolla
1limone
Basilico
farina
vino bianco
olio
burro
sale
Pepe

Infarinare i filetti di platessa scongelati e farli rosolare in una padella con l'olio, il burro e la cipolla tritata. Bagnare con il vino, salare, pepare e cuocere coperto per 10 minuti. Spruzzare con il succo di limone, cospargere con abbondante Basilico tritato e servire.
