PLATESSA ALL'ARANCIA

Ingredienti:

400gfiletti di platessa
2 arance
2uova
2 cucchiai sale
2cucchiaigrana grattugiato
farina
burro
olio
sale
Pepe

Far scongelare i filetti di platessa, infarinarli e farli cuocere in una padella con olio, burro, sale e Pepe. In una ciotola sbattere i tuorli con il grana, il latte e il succo d'arancia. Scaldare questa salsa a bagnomaria, versarla sui filetti di pesce e servire decorando con fettine d'arancia. Provenienza: RAI Televideo 01/10/2000
