PESCE SPADA AL POMODORO

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
4 fette pesce spada
600 g pomodori pelati
1 cucchiaio Capperi
100 g olive verdi
1 cipolla
Basilico
farina
sedano
1 spicchio aglio
1/2 bicchiere olio
sale
Pepe

Saltare nell'olio le fette di pesce infarinate e scolarle.

Nello stesso olio appassire la cipolla, l'aglio e il sedano tritati, unire i Capperi, i pomodori, e le olive snocciolate.

Cuocere, coperto, a fuoco dolce per 10'.

Sistemare il pesce in una pirofila, cospargere con il sugo e con il Basilico, coprire a filo di acqua, salare, pepare e portare a fine cottura in forno.
