PESCE SPADA PICCANTE

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
600 g pesce spada
4 cucchiai olio
1 cucchiaio pinoli
1 cucchiaio uvetta ammorbidita nel succo di limone
sale
Peperoncino

Tagliare a listarelle il pesce, farlo saltare in padella con l'olio, unire i pinoli e l'uvetta, sale e Peperoncino. Cuocere per 10' e servire.
