PARMIGIANA AI FRUTTI DI MARE

Tagliare a fette le melanzane, infarinarle e friggerle. Aprire i frutti di mare a fuoco lento; sgusciare i gamberetti; tagliare la seppie a filangè. Preparare la salsa di pomodoro; soffrigere i frutti di mare con i gamberetti e la salsa. Disporre in una teglia a strati le melanzane coprendole con il composto; infornare a 180O per 20 minuti. Tagliare e servire ben caldo.
