ORATA AL FORNO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 orate del peso totale di 600 g
2 limoni
2 cipolle
2 spicchi aglio
1 ciuffo prezzemolo
1 pizzico Menta
1.5 bicchieri vino bianco secco
olio
sale
Pepe

Pulire, lavare e squamare le orate. Sistemarle in una pirofila con qualche cucchiaio di olio e l'aglio a spicchi interi. Infornare a 180o e quando il pesce sarà rosolato, bagnare con il vino, salare, papare e cospargere con un trito di cipolle e prezzemolo, unire i limoni a fette e rimettere in forno per 35 minuti.
