NASELLO IN SALSA GERMANA

Dosi per 4:
1 nasello di 1 kg circa
prezzemolo
origano
20 g burro
2 limoni
4 cucchiai olio
sale
Pepe
Disponete il nasello in una pirofila con l'olio, cospargete di fiocchetti di burro, salatelo, pepatelo e fatelo cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 200oC per 30 minuti.

Per la salsa: mettete in una scodella l'olio, incorporatevi sbattendo con una frusta 1/2 bicchiere d'acqua calda, poi subito 2 limoni, il prezzemolo tritato, l'origano, sale e Pepe. Scaldate questa emulsione a bagno maria e servitela a parte con il nasello.
