NASELLO ALLA PROVOLA

Dosi per 4:
1 nasello da circa 600 g
100 g provola affumicata
1uovo
burro
olio
farina
1 foglia Alloro
sale

Far scongelare il nasello, tagliarlo a filetti, infarinarli, passarli nell'uovo sbattuto con il sale e friggerli in padella con olio, burro e Alloro.

Disporli in una pirofila imburrata, ricoprirli con fettine di provola, metterli in forno caldo per circa 10 minuti e servire.
