NASELLO AL LATTE

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
8trance nasello
50 gburro
latte
sale
Pepe
Rosmarino
Salvia

Fate rosolare velocemente il nasello nel burro da entrambi i lati; salate, pepate, coprite di latte, aggiungete un po' di Salvia e di Rosmarino e portate a cottura a fuoco basso fino a quasi completo assorbimento del latte. Di tanto in tanto smuovete le trance di nasello, ma fatelo con attenzione per non romperlo.
