NASELLO IN INSALATA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 kg filetti di nasello
200 g peperone rosso
1 foglia Alloro
1 dl vino bianco
1 cucchiaino Capperi
8 olive nere snocciolate
100 g cicorino
prezzemolo
4 cucchiai olio
sale

Lessare i filetti di nasello con il vino bianco, l'Alloro, un poco di sale e 2 dl circa di acqua. Sgocciolarli, sfaldarli e metterli in insalatiera. Unirvi il peperone a striscioline, il prezzemolo tritato e il cicorino a listarelle. Unire anche i Capperi e le olive, condire con l'olio e un pizzico di sale, mescolare e servire.
