NASELLO ALLE CIPOLLE

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
1nasello (500 g)
1 grossa cipolla
2 cucchiai olio
1 cucchiaio aceto
1 cucchiaio acqua
sale
Pepe

Mettere sul fondo di una pirofila l'olio, l'aceto e le cipolle tagliate a fettine sottili. Adagiarvi sopra il nasello, bagnare con un cucchiaio d'acqua, coprire con la pellicola forata e mettere nel forno a micro-onde per 8 minuti a potenza piena. Far riposare 2 minuti in forno prima di salare, pepare e servire.endrecipe
