NASELLINI IN SALSA

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
1 kg nasellini
1 manciata prezzemolo tritato
20 g burro
2 limoni
4 cucchiai olio di oliva extravergine
origano
sale
Pepe

Disporre i Nasellini in una pirofila, cospargerli con il burro a fiocchetti, un filo d'olio, sale, Pepe e infornare a 200oC per 30 minuti. Preparare la salsa emulsionando 4 cucchiai d'olio extra vergine con il succo dei 2 limoni, 1/2 bicchiere d'acqua calda, origano, prezzemolo tritato, sale e Pepe. Versare la salsa sui Nasellini caldi e servire.
