Rosmarino
1 pomodoro

Pulite e lavate i Moscardini. Metteteli in una casseruola con l'olio, l'aglio,un ramoscello di Rosmarino, un pomodoro pelato e privato dei semi.

Chiudeteli ermeticamente in pentola e fateli cuocere a fuoco moderato per 20 minuti.
