MERLUZZO AL POMODORO

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
450gfiletti di merluzzo impanati
300 g.di pomodori pelati passati
cipolla,
olio
aceto
prezzemolo
succo di limone
zucchero
sale
Pepe

Far appassire la cipolla in poco olio, unire i pomodori, una presa di zucchero, un cucchiaio di aceto, il sale, il Pepe e cuocere per 15 minuti circa. Friggere i filetti di merluzzo in olio bollente, disporli su un piatto da portata, irrorare con il succo di limone, versare il sugo, cospargere di prezzemolo tritato e servire caldo.
