MERLUZZO ALLA PAPRIKA

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
600gfiletti di merluzzo
latte
farina
olio
Paprika
limone
salsa Worcester
sale

Passare nel latte i filetti di merluzzo scongelati, infarinarli, friggerli in olio caldo, salarli e cospargerli di Paprika.

Mescolare il succo del limone con qualche goccia di salsa Worcester, versare sui filetti di pesce e servire.
