MERLUZZO AI CAPPERI

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
600gfiletti di merluzzo
100golive verdi
1cucchiaio Capperi
1/2 cipolla
1/2spicchio aglio
1/2 bicchiere vino bianco secco
1 cucchiaio succo di limone
4 cucchiai olio
sale
Pepe

Tritare finemente la cipolla e l'aglio e distribuirli in una teglia,irrorare con olio,unire le olive snocciolate,i Capperi,il limone e un pizzico di sale e Pepe. Adagiare nella teglia il pesce, salare,pepare e irrorare con il vino. Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 180'C per 7' bagnando di tanto in tanto con il fondo di cottura.
