MERLUZZO ALLEGRO

Ingredienti:
Dosi per 4:
400gfiletti di merluzzo
2 bicchierivino bianco secco
1 limone
molto Basilico
sale

Mettere i filetti scongelati a macerare con un bicchiere di vino e succo di limone. Dopo 1/2 ora cospargerli con Basilico tritato. Dopo un'altra 1/2 ora mettere i filetti in un tegame con il il loro intingolo e un altro bicchiere di vino. Salare e cuocere a fuoco vivace per 20 minuti circa, girando delicatamente una Sola volta.
