INSALATA DI GRANCHIO

400 gpolpa di granchio
1 cetriolo
1 mela rossa
1 mela verde
Maionese
1 cucchiaio salsa ketchup piccante
2 gocce Tabasco
1 cucchiaio cognac

Sbucciare le mele e tagliarle a dadini, tagliare a rondelle il cetriolo e mettere tutto in un'insalatiera con la polpa di granchio spezzettata. Lavorare la Maionese con il ketchup, il cognac e il Tabasco e far amalgamare. Versare la salsa nell'insalatiera, mescolare bene e servire.
