GAMBERI AL PEPE

Per 4:

30 gamberi
1 bicchiere marsala
1 bicchiere panna liquida
80 g burro
carota
sedano
cipolla
Pepe di Caienna
sale

Pulire i gamberi e sgusciarli. Metterli a rosolare in met` burro con carota, sedano, cipolla a pezzetti, Pepe di Caienna sminuzzato e sale. Unire il marsala, far evaporare e aggiungere la panna.

Dopo aver tolto i gamberi dalla salsa farla restringere, unire il burro, passare al setaccio e versare sui gamberi.
