GAMBERETTI ALLE OLIVE

Dosi per 4: 4 confezioni di gamberetti sgusciati Findus da 100 g., 2 spicchi di aglio, 1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco, 3 cucchiai di pasta di olive, prezzemolo, olio, sale, Pepe.

Mettere in una padella l'olio e l'aglio tritato, far soffriggere per 5 minuti, insaporire con molto Pepe e unire la pasta di olive. Aggiungere i gamberetti scongelati e lessati, bagnare con il vino, far cuocere per 2-3 minuti; cospargere con il prezzemolo tritato, salare e servire.
