GAMBERETTI IN INSALATA

Dosi per 2: 2 confezioni di gamberetti sgusciati, il succo di un limone, 3 cucchiai di olio d'oliva, sale fino.

Far cuocere in acqua bollente e salata i gamberi (attenzione, cuociono in pochissimo tempo). Scolarli e metterli in una coppa, dove li condirete con limone e olio. Volendo, potete aggiungere del prezzemolo tritato. Sono delicati e di facile digestione.
