FRITTELLE DI GAMBERETTI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g gamberetti
3 uova
farina
sale
olio d'oliva

Lavare e sgusciare i gamberetti. Preparare una pastella con 2 uova intere ed un tuorlo ed unire la farina fino ad ottenere un composto di media densità. Salare ed unire l'albume rimasto montato a neve. Portare l'olio ad ebollizione in una padella e, con l'aiuto di un cucchiaio, versare le frittelle nell'olio. Friggerle da ambedue le parti e servirle calde.
