FILETTI DI SOGLIOLA ALL'AURORA

Ingredienti:

g filetti di sogliola
1 bicchiere vino bianco
2 arance spremute
limone
burro
sale
Pepe
Noce moscata

Cuocere nel burro i filetti scongelati, infarinati e conditi con sale, Pepe e Noce moscata.Mentre la cottura va avanti aggiungere il vino. Versare quindi il succo d'arancia e far cuocere a fuoco lento fin quando la salsa si addensa e diventa quasi una crema. A questo punto se la salsa fosse troppo dolce aggiungere qualche goccia di limone.
