FILETTI DI PLATESSA AL BURRO

Ingredienti:

Per 2 persone:


200 g filetti al naturale di platessa
50 g burro
succo di limone
farina
prezzemolo
sale

Sciogliere il burro in una padella ed aggiungervi i filetti, ancora surgelati, salati ed infarinati.

Cuocere per 2--3 minuti. Prima di servire, spruzzare con succo di limone e cospargere di prezzemolo finemente tritato.
