FILETTI DI PLATESSA ALL'ARANCIA

Ingredienti:
Per 4:
600 g filetti di platessa
50 g farina
100 g mandorle sgusciate
2 arance
olio
sale

Infarinate accuratamente i filetti e fateli dorare in due cucchiai di olio a fuoco vivo. Girateli appena si è formata la crosticina facendo attenzione a non romperli. Intanto spremete le arance e filtrate il succo con un colino o una garza. Irrorate i filetti con il succo ottenuto e lasciate consumare due minuti. Cospargete il pesce con le mandorle tritate.
