FILETTI DI MERLUZZO ALLA PANNA

filetti_merluzzo_panna Ingredienti:

g filetti di merluzzo
200 cc panna
1 cucchiaio prezzemolo tritato
1 bicchiere vino bianco secco
burro
sale
Pepe

Mettere in una pirofila i filetti di merluzzo cosparsi di fiocchetti di burro, del prezzemolo tritato e del vino bianco, salare e pepare. Cuocere in forno caldo per 15--20 minuti. Versare la panna, facendo amalgamare la salsina.

Servire ben caldi con patate bollite.

Accompagnare con vino bianco secco giovane.
