DENTICE CON LE OLIVE

dentice_olive Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 dentice da circa 1 kg
250 g olive nere
1 bicchiere vino bianco secco
1 spicchio aglio
1 foglia lauro
Rosmarino
farina
olio d'oliva
sale

Pulire il pesce, lavarlo, asciugarlo, infarinarlo e farlo rosolare in una casseruola con l'olio; aggiungere l'aglio schiacciato, il lauro e il Rosmarino, far cuocere bagnando con il vino e unire le olive snocciolate.

Servire il dentice con il sugo di cottura e contornato dalle olive.
